Generally, I am able to schedule an appointment within one to two weeks of being contacted. Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first appointment to fill out initial paperwork. This can also be emailed to you at your request to be completed at home.
At this time, I am accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield and private pay clients. Potential clients who have another insurance can contact their insurance company to see if some part of the fee is reimbursable if a claim is submitted. I am happy to provide a detailed receipt to be submitted to an insurance company to gain reimbursement.
